G Shock Casio Wr20bar How To Set Time

I love my Casio G-Shock picket, but it took me a while to figure out how to change it to military time.

Instructions to Modify a Casio G-Shock Picket Between 12-Hour and 24-60 minutes Military machine Time

1. Locate each of the five scout buttons. In the clock face position, they are located at 2 o'clock, 4 o'clock, 6 o'clock, 8 o'clock, and 10 o'clock.
2. Push the push button at 10 o'clock. This makes the second digits glimmer.
3. Then push the push at 6 o'clock. Presto! The 60 minutes digits change from civilian time to military time, or vice versa.
4. Press the button at 10 o'clock again to cease the second digits from blinking. If it is earlier than ane:00 pm, you won't be able to tell the difference between the civilian and military machine format by looking at the digits. To know whether yous are in military format, a "24" will be displayed.

How I Figured It Out

Somehow, my watch changed from a civilian 12-hour time format to a 24-hr military format. Since the watch was seldom used, I put upward with the inconvenience. It was an inconvenience because the simply armed forces time I really knew was sixteen:00 (4 o'clock). I think 16:00 from my very brief feel with the military. This time signaled the end of the workday (the most important time of the day). When the formatting on my sentry changed, I had to base all of my fourth dimension-telling from 16:00. It sort of worked only was becoming a pain.

And then I went to the fount of all information—the net—but I could not find the reply. Finally, I decided to dig out the like shooting fish in a barrel-to-follow directions that came with the watch. I am sharing this wonderful piece of information with you only in case you lot've lost the instructions.

For newer g shocks i find that if you printing accommodate until my date starts blinking and so press mode until 24 hour time show up then printing start and magic information technology works. Or the 12 hr fourth dimension to 24 hr time doesn't matter.

For this model you have to concur downwards the x o'clock

until the words start to flash, printing the 8 o'clock, followed past the 4 o'clock.

I actually do not desire to requite you this answer but I must. Some of the newer models of G-Shock picket crave a different combination of buttons; refer to your transmission for the exact process. If the manual is not available become to the Casio spider web site and follow the daisy concatenation to go a PDF for your verbal watch manual. Yous will need the module number from the dorsum of the watch.

I accept the exact same problem with my brand new g shock. I held downward the ten o'clock button until the seconds started blinking and then held down the light button at six o'clock and nothing happened, the face up of the watch just lit up. Any help?

Do what I say. Push the 10 o'clock button then half dozen o'clock (yes the light button) that was the cloak-and-dagger to the whole thing.
